Despite these variations, at Sarit Sindhu, we stand behind the quality of our products and allow returns or exchanges in specific cases.

Return / Exchange Policy

• We offer a 24-hour return or exchange window

• You must request a return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order

Eligible Returns

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following case:

• The product received is damaged

To be eligible for a return:

• You must provide an unboxing video (a clear video showing the package being opened and the product inside)

• The item must be unused and in its original condition

Non-Eligible Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference or lack of utility

• Minor variations in color, size, or design

• Damage caused after delivery or due to improper use

• Returns or exchanges must be approved by us before sending the product at Kashyap colony, street no-4, old bus stand, Bilaspur Chhattisgarh 495001.

• Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Shipping for Returns

• The product must be self-shipped by the customer

• Return shipping charges will be covered by Sarit Sindhu in approved cases of damage

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

• Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days
